As of Thursday afternoon, there were about 400 confirmed and possible water main breaks in the city, and the west side of town fell under a boil water advisory.

I can see that the snow and ice are melting. If a new cold front comes in, that will mean that that wet roadways will be like driving on black ice, and that is when the roads are most deadly! People need to keep this in mind because when the wet highways freeze that's when the black ice is there! Driving on those roads could be most deadly at that time!
