Onboard a new airline for me, travelling domestically across Mexico from Guadalajara to Mexico City with Volaris. With the price difference actually not being all that much cheaper than Aeromexico on the same route I was definitely much less impressed with Volaris it has to be said. It was a basic budget airline interior really. No IFE, no wifi, poor legroom & no seat power. The service was minimal and anything you wanted did need to be purchased. Which to be honest, I was expecting as Volaris is a low cost carrier, but with Aeromexico prices the same, you’d be silly not to choose the flag carrier as you get wifi, IFE & complimentary drink & snack with them.
However out of the window some beautiful views along the route, particularly on descent and approach over the surrounding areas of Mexico City and passing through the cloud base, with quite a bit of turbulence before making our way onto the approach for RWY23L. Passing over the plane graveyard. You can see several old aircraft below, just as we cross the perimeter of the airport at MEX. Look out for that!

I had flown multiple times with Volaris, and considering the cheap starting prices, and my experience, I recommend since it provides th necessary things for a flight, but with the highest price on Volaris you get the cheaper in Aeromexico, is debatable, so many people hate it, but I like it and my flights where good

Muy mal experience in nuestro vuelo de cd de mexico a san Antonio TX ayer en el vuelo de las 11 40 y el servicio pesimo antes de abordar mas de 20 personas perdimos nuestro vuelo por la ineficacia de la linea including my self Martin Bacilio with not medicine and about to have a nervous wreck knowing that my family was in the plane and I was in the ground and on time for estupid things and then all the hell broke lose my name is Martin Bacilio and this is my story left behind with no medicine no luggage and no body to care this is volaris good luck and God bless
