We need to ask engineers not historians. And then we need to attempt to build a pyramid ourselves. It will be a humbling experience.

It was McAlpines with a strong Irish Labour force who built the Pyramids, empty bottles of Guinness were found all around including empty bottles of Bushmills whisky.

Save yourself 48 minutes, they don’t know how they were built.

A massive ramp was built by which massive blocks were hauled to their destination?? Come on, really? How did they lift the blocks? How did they do the alignment? How did they “drag” the blocks? How did they cut perfectly massive blocks of granite? You need to ask engineers and scientists, not historians

50+ ton stone blocks floated down the river from a Quarry miles away. Ok 👌🏼 I believe that 😅

There's something otherworldly about the pyramids' presence. They stand as a timeless testament to a civilization that continues to intrigue and inspire. How were they built? That question might haunt us for generations to come. 🗿🧐

The guy who talks from time to time reminds me of one of the cart pushers at our local Walmart. Bless his heart.

What make me question who built it is the fact they went thru all the great work meticulous work on so many levels yet they only found one scribbling of kufu's name all the other works that certain pharoas built they emorilized themselves in drawings and Writing of there lifes and conquest i mean clearly they didnt hide their egos yet this great pyramid and no drawing or writings about Kufu And i read on Graham Hancock's book "Fingerprints of the Gods" That there ia a small stella in front of the Sphinx that says " I Pharaoh came and undug, cleaned and fixed this statue ". But egyptologist take that as he built it which makes no sense and if that pharoa undug it that means it was already ancient in his time and the cleary visible water damage and the last time water was around that area im that amount would be no sooner then the last ice age 10, 000 BC which would make all of our school educations a lie !!!!

I’m not understanding how they got the sand to stay in that shape before they put the roof slabs in at 19:55 The first part about lowering the sarcophagus using sand made perfect sense, but I’m having trouble picturing how they used sand as a support/mould for the roof beams. Maybe they meant they kept adding sand and used it as a jack but that seems like a pain and inefficient vs just using regular stone.

There’s also no way to get the sand out without allowing it just to pour out before the arch is finished, so I think this interpretation of how the roof was installed has to be a misinterpretation or I’m just missing something?

What is magnificent about the pryamids is their size and the fact they are still standing. As for their beauty you would have to go back to when the last of the workers laid down their tools and the overseer of the work declared it was finished. Then you would see beauty, especally at the finish of the Great Pryamid! When you go there today you just see rubble with some hint there might have been order in the long distant past.

Stonehenge was already 500 years old by the time of the great pyramids.

If only they can build it again, that would be a sight to be hold.

Answer: We do not know for sure, because there is no conclusive evidence and because while they documented pretty much everything, pyramid building was not documented by the ancient Egyptians.
