In this edition of Driving with Scottman895, I continue on M-59 WB as I head from Pontiac, MI to Milford Rd out in Highland Township, Michigan. I pick up near where I left off with the previous M-59 video. The stretch of M-59 in this video travels through downtown Pontiac as well as the communities in western Oakland County such as Waterford, White Lake Township, and Highland Township. In Waterford, M-59 also heads by the Oakland County International Airport.

Your summer looks as good as ours in the UK - we have the same dull grey skies here 😂. We quite enjoy the autobahn system in Germany where speed limits are absent unless in urbanised to work very well.

You were in my neck of the woods; from decades ago 'till now. I grew up in Milford (born in Howell) but I now live in a sector somewhere between Milford Rd. / M-59 and Airport Rd. / M-59. Yes, that's vague but in a certain point of this video you were just 2 miles from my residence. When I took driver's training in the summer of 1985 one of the routes we took was M-59 EB into Pontiac and back to Milford High School; which is on Milford Rd. a couple or so miles south of M-59. Of course I have to mention Pontiac Airport since it has been part of my life all these years.
