Safety a Prerequisitie

Getting skilled at the hashtag#ModernAgile principle, Make Safety A Prerequisite, takes time. I'm still learning myself. It requires a lot of forethought - even for something as mundane as showing up to a meeting to give a webinar. Here's a short story about a recent experience in which I didn't apply this principle too well.
