Russia's parliament has unanimously backed amendments to the constitution that could potentially allow President Vladimir Putin to stay in power after his term ends in 2024.
These reforms mark the first change in Russia's constitution in almost 30 years and could be voted on as early as April.
But many analysts say they are uncertain about what Putin's plans are for the future.

???
Is there any one who loves Russia and concerned about their future generation's freedom more than Valadimir Putin ???
Go find him, would only be fair to its citizens.
Is there any one who cares about well being of all of his citizens and helping eradicating poverty from its continent ???
Go find him for well being of the citizens.
Is there who is more concerned about the safety and security of the region???
Go find him ???
If You can't find one than you got answer to your questions.
