Loved this list! I saw La La Land a few days ago and I just can't stop thinking about it. It hit me so hard and I felt so inspired after it as well. The score is just amazing and can't stop listening to it. I'm probably going to see it again in cinema soon. Definitely going to be one of my favourites of 2017!

1. Arrival (hands down the best movie of 2016! This film really blew me away especially with it’s plot twist, the ending really left me speechless! So smart and thought-provoking, Amy Adams is truly best actress of 2016 for sure!)
2. Silence (undeniably the most underrated yet under appreciated Martin Scorcese movie ever made! Also Andrew Garfield’s best performance to date, even though he was great in Hacksaw Ridge! But not a lot of people talk about this film, especially what pisses me off is that it failed at the box office!)
3. Manchester by the Sea (a powerful, yet riveting and depressing film that stars Ben Affleck’s brother and underrated actor who deserve a lot of love, Casey Affleck)
4. Moonlight (another depressing and coming of age movie that stars Mahershala Ali, the gem and conscious of the film’s story!)
5. Deadpool (the best comic book movie of 2016, and the best Deadpool movie we could ask for!)
6. Civil War (second best of the Captain America trilogy, loved the airport battle scene!)
7. The Nice Guys (Best comedy of 2016! Loved the chemistry between Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe!)
8. Zootopia (arguably the best animated movie of 2016, glad it won the Oscar for best animated feature, I hope it gets a sequel, plus I ❤️ Judy Hopps!)
9. Swiss Army Man (fun buddy survival movie and one of Daniel radcliffe’s performances to date!)
10. 10 Cloverfield Lane (may not be a sequel to 2008’s Cloverfield, but still that damn great!)

Great list :) I love that you included some foreign cinema picks. Speaking of foreign cinema, or specifically South Korean films, you should totally check out Park Chan-Wook's The Handmaiden sometime. It's amazing.

Great video as always! I'm planning to make a top 15 soon but still need to see a couple more movies. But here's my top 10 for now(in no particular order):

Sing Street, Swiss Army Man, Silence, Moonlight, Deepwater Horizon, Edge of Seventeen, Moan, La La Land, The Wailing(which I found out by you, thank you), and Arrival

These may change in the future as I still need to see movie like American Honey, Patriots Day, etc. Keep up the great work!
