Wiki (League 3)

Wiki is complicated. His true form is just Classic with enhanced perception. But if he pulls a Monika or Glitchtrap, he could make himself a creator, making him League 17 at most. However, he could buff his in-multiverse body up and have a shared conscience between any versions of himself, possibly making him above League 20 if he gives himself stuff like Overwrite. But, unless someone makes a fan AU of him, he is truly only in League 3, barely stronger than Classic. Loading is a being of the mainframe who can put Out-Codes into AU’s and freeze them, or take corruptive beings out of AU’s. His only attack is a blaster and finger guns which reduce stats by 100 for a millisecond, then start draining hp, magic, and DT. However, fighting him doesn’t mean instant loss, since Error was able to run, and 404 lost once and is still alive. He should have no problem against Wiki though besides if Wiki was in League 20 or above as I said.

Wiki Sans wasn't made by the fandom. Though loading sans was. Wiki Sans does not have a power level, but could beat ANY sans, Wiki Sans is "above" power level to the point he doesn't have one, but it's still there.

here’s the problem, wiki knows literally everything, and could avoid battle, or already have altered himself beforehand. since he knows everything, he knows the weaknesses, how to befriend, and how to dodge attacks, and prevent those attacks from even being used. infinite knowledge is overpowered

Wiki is random and it depends on what he can actually give himself, from what I've heard and seen he apparently has alot of creator-like privileges which could put him in any Rank depending on what he would be willing to give himself. Loading was able to force 404 into using his Butterfly form and even beat him once in it...need I say more?

Actually, wiki sans is the strongest, because he kind of created himself, also he for me he can kind off copy abilities, or just use abilities he has created or something, so if he created himself, the he should not have limitations.
