It’s hard to compete with the market leader in my country. Denmark is a super small and the biggest player sells their website package for 60usd per month and marketing at 100usd per month. They also have over 10.000 clients around the country and a huge team of aggressive sales people. With such comeptitive prices and such a dominant pressence on the market, it’s super hard to sell websites for 300-500usd a month…

My rule of thumb is that any revenue I make gets 3 ways:
- 1/3 goes in my pocket
- 1/3 goes in my employees & contractors pockets
- 1/3 goes toward feeding my business

A lot of people underestimate the last one.
Because that LAST THIRD pays taxes, pays for software licenses, pays for training, pays for equipment, pays for marketing.
