I don't think or don't know if some south east Asia countries their Constitution allows for Martial Law or not. Anyone knows? I cannot say the country for fear of my post being deleted

Job well done in getting:
- the Korea-Japan-US relationship in place, and
- a nuclear doctrine with the US, where South Korea has a direct input in the American nucler deterrent in response to the North Korean and Chinese threats.
