I bought this litter box a year ago and now suddenly it doesn't connect to the wifi and I'm trying to find a way to reset it but there's nothing helpful. Now I'm using it manually and had to contract with a housekeeper to check it and clean it while I'm away. That's frustrating 😤

Hi. I unplugged mine and changed the location. When I plugged it back in and it started the cycle, it now dumps all the litter in the garbage bag and stops. Might you have any suggestions as to what I could try to get it to work properly again? Thank you.

I love this box, have had it for a couple weeks now. Might get another one when my old natures miracle one dies. QUESTION. Where is the reset button? I'm still having trouble connecting the wifi and it says to hit reset button

I ended up taking the internal litter mat out to clean and now it won't stay attached, resulting in litter falling between it and the drum every time it cleans. I thought it was able to be removed and I might installing it wrong? Any advice?

I bought this about a week and a half ago, and I am taking it back tomorrow. It starts turning when my cat is inside, which causes him to jump out and poo the entire way out (which is a mess). He has never pooped or pee'd outside of his litter box until we got this one. The problem is that if he has to go "to the bathroom" and this stupid litter box is moving...he had to use it elsewhere. It's way more time consuming than a normal litter box. I'm sure the $700 one works great, but this one definitely has problems. I thought this would help save me time, but it's nothing but a disappointment. It's no where near the $378 I paid for it. Ugh.

I'm confused. When the litterbox rotates, the previous poop that was supposed to be in the bag falls back in and is visible. Is that intentional or is something wrong with mine?
