Together they are among rock's most enduring love stories, all while selling 36 million albums, recording 15 Top 40 hits, and winning four consecutive Grammys. Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo talk with correspondent Jim Axelrod about their creative partnership, their 40-year-marriage, and their latest collaboration: the upcoming stage musical, "Invincible," a reimagining of "Romeo and Juliet" featuring their iconic rock songs. Almost brings tears to my eyes. I have always referred to Pat Benatar and "her husband" LOL... they have been married longer than most rockers, other than Sammy Hagar and a few others obviously. But, one thing I've always imagined about Pat is was she is Chorus in school, was she amazing? Did she sing for the class, for the school, did her music teacher know that she would always make it big? Why do I wonder all this? :D I guess because she has the best voice EVER and I'm 56 and we used to have Rock Day on Fridays in Chorus and we would sing "Hit me with your best shot" among other bands like Foreigner, Styx and REO Speedwagon. :) Good memories <3
