'A total embarrassment': Kamala Harris lampooned for latest 'word salad' gaffe

Vice President Kamala Harris has been criticised for her garbled, “word salad” speech during a recent White House event.

During Wednesday's event, Kamala Harris and Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness held a joint-press conference at the White House.

The event was meant to highlight the deep ties between Jamaica and the US.

However, the vice president's comments went viral as she tried to explain how America was going to help Jamaica cope with the impacts of COVID-19.
