The guy who made the glass case bases feels terrible, and has offered to replace all of the wheels on all of the bases for free. Some commenters are so quick to jump to "you got scammed!" when its just a case of trying something that didn't really work properly, and then fixing the mistake.

I've worked with many racks that hold weight and it's usually the wheels that are a weak link. May be worth it to upgrade them. And are those metal bases rust proof? If not you may want to do a quick scuff n paint to protect them.

Doesn't seem like those caster wheels are certified to hold the weight of those glass cabinets if they are breaking with no weight. Imagine if one snapped off on its own while under some weight...

WHAT!?!?! labyrinth is my all time favorite movie! I first watched it when i was 8, my grandma had it and after the first watch it ended up coming home with me! I have hoggle and the worm tattooed on my inside upper arm. I'm pumped for the videos you guys Will make in the new store!

I would have brought the cases in with some sort of hand truck, those wheels are not meant for rolling on concrete / driveways and I would expect the wheels to break off or welds to bust. Store looks cool so far.

Those Carter are a I work in kitchens and I assumed your guy would use those type casters but nope!!! I would be complaining like crazy. No way those would ever work. Feel bad for you guys!!!! That wasn’t cheap to be made but he definitely scammed you with quality
