Sorry Toby, this is nog a yacht nor a sailing yacht. More a floating caravan.
But considering the trend to affordable comfort I presume that it is inevitable.
The good thing of it all is that the X-yachts, Rassy’s, Nicholson’s, Bowman’s and similar ones are gaining value w.r.t. looks and sailing capabilities. At least for me they do.
Thnx for sharing anyway. It helps making up my mind and views!

Enormous, but doubtful this would be a sailing enthusiast's ideal vision of a sailing catamaran. In any case, Lagoon specializes in making yachts for the charter market. This cat would be a great model for that purpose.

This is more a floating apartment or sailing barge than a yacht. Huge superstructures with crazy flying bridge pushes the sail plan's COE way too high for a cat, not to mention the hull / superstructure windage. These vessels are built for those wanting to be seen having G&T's on the stern deck rather than for sailors.
