They're old enough to learn a much more advanced version. They can do it.

Hmm these kids we're not taught by a person that new how to dance at all, 2 it was most likely the case that was as long as they try that's all that
Matters, it's not the kids fault and tho I believe that with good training and proper dance attire it's possible these kids could have been and look good odds are that the person who put this even the together just was not detailed and skilled enough to care.
