Light in colour, dry on the palate and thirst quenching in the extreme, wheat and pale malts compliment this generously hopped ale. Hops are added all the way throughout the boil and again in the fermentor. Centennial and Chinook hops provide a citrus and resinous base before Mosaic hops shine through with a big tropical fruit hit.
