The explanations are more than excellent.
But there's a little mistake in the solution of the first question, due to which the whole solutions set is wrong. At 16:33, the Pair written should be "6x - 4x" instead of "-6x + 4x" because the pair should give "2x" on addition and not " -2x", while the product should be -24x² which can be obtained by both " 6x -4x" and "-6x +4x" so better to use " 6x -4x". You can even check it on book.
So anyone who watch this kindly make this little correction or otherwise your whole answer will be wrong. :)

For those who still don't get it:
When you factorize 2x, factorize it as 6x - 4x ( the negative sign should be with 4x, not with 6x)..

is eq ka baad sir ne eik step ni likhwaya jo k tha :
x2+y2-2y=10-1
x2+y2-2y=9
or iss tarah 9 aya

You explained very well, but there is a problem in solution set of question 5. You have to write (-1, -2) in 2nd ordered pair but you write (-2, -1). You have to write -1 first not -2 because value of"x" must be first in ordered pair and then value of "y".So anyone who watch this kindly make this little correction .
