Hi, how can I connect the monitor to the server? WiFi works, but on the main screen, on the button of the "SIP config" where you have a "✓" I have an "x". If I host mobile network from my phone the ✓ arrives, and everything works, but with the home WiFi dosen't. Next to the monitor I can measure 117 Mbps download and 111 Mbps upload WiFi speed.

Hello, i have this device but i think it has the previous firmware, it has the simpler menu and in this menu it has not the mobile option, either any Qr code to scan. Is there a way to upgrade the firmware???

Video is not clear, out of focus. On my DX there is no ip/smart phone registered to click on. So, my DX471 must be different to his.

Καλησπέρα σας. Έκανα αναβάθμιση λογισμικού μέσα από το μενού του μόνιτορ και έκτοτε δεν λειτουργεί η κλήση μέσω κινητού τηλεφώνου. Υπάρχει τρόπος να κάνω downgrade στο παλιό λογισμικό;
