Too many people don’t know how to feed flake food. Especially with larger fish like cichlids. You may be able to keep your water clean. But this will be a mess for others who have issues with over feeding. At least pellets can be scooped out

Ok just gave them a shot, they devoured the flakes and the flakes don't just float around on top, they semi sink so it doesn't float around on surface of water and stick to the glass. Plus very very little mess and water stayed clear. Not bad and my peacock and haps loved it.

Which ingredients are in the flake? I am looking for a good food for my mbunas, but they can't have too much meat else they won't be productive breederfish

Now since these flakes have garlic guard extract and all the other vitamin and minerals, do they have exactly everything zooplankton and nourish have? Only asking because I mix my pellets with nourish, zooplankton and garlic guard but these flakes seem like they have almost everything the other products have.

What do you do if your African cichlids have sunken belly’s? Does that mean there not eating enough?
