Is your nividia driver up to date ?
How is your GPU usage 100% ?, for me I have high CPU and low GPU and I have the same CPU and GPU and Ram.

The graphics are so bad on low. Maybe try medium with hair strands on. And try turning vsync on from Nvidia's control panel by adding fifa 23 to it. It seemed to fix alot of people's fps.

Question: Why NO LIMIT on fps? I ve i5 2500K (I know ancient cpu) 16G RAM and RX 580 8G. The game sucks with LOCK 60fps. Any suggestions?
