Proto Mongols were Xianbei. And Xianbei had %40-50 Liao River admixture. Also Slab Grave population's haplogroups are Q and N, which is not frequent among the Mongols but Turkics. And Turkic subgroup Tuvan people have %70 Slab Grave admixture. Mongols have only %35. Altaians(Turkic) have %50, Khakkasians(Turkic) have %55, Uzbeks(Turkic)have %30-35.

Slab Grave is Proto-Turkic culture+Kazakhs' Mongolian ancestry is too overrated at this point. I've never seen any Mongol individual score higher than %65 mediaval Mongolic ancestry though some Kazakh individuals score %80 mediaval Turkic.

source is my ass! Kazakhs are Türkic and Mongol mix but they are coming from Mongol side due to raped Türkic women during mongol invansion. because DNA shows most kazakhs have C3 which is closest to mongol DNA C. but due to mixing with Türkic, C dna had kind of mutation and became C3.
