I have been waiting for nearly THREE YEARS for my electric wheelchair from ILS and come to find out today that your staff are trying to refund it and sell it at a reduced price to someone without my authorization???? What is going on !!!??? It only needed 4 accessories in order for it to be usable why could your company after initially having the accessories I needed not look for said accessories on the web and upsell them to me? Why do you have to make it so difficult and effectively threaten me that you're getting the wheelchair that I've been needing for so long !!
I've spoken to NDIS and they have confirmed that you are not allowed to sell my wheelchair on or force a refund on me when I did not approve it - ILS will now be reported to the Quality and Complaints Commission as well as the Fraud Squad.
I look forward to speaking with your staff to get answers at 9am tomorrow morning.
