Pandora's Box - MicroSD BACKUP / RESTORE Guide

A quick video guide on backing up your Pandora MicroSD.
Always good to have a backup.
Games suddenly disappear? You can restore your backup- and have it up and running in no time!

Fake Flash Test
*IMPORTANT* tool to check your destination microSD card! Use before you write anything onto it.

Win32Imager
Tool to create a perfect 1-1 clone of your drive. If you backup a 64gb drive, you'll only get 64gb on the clone- even if it's a larger drive! - will error out on anything smaller

Notes:
Pandora 18S / Saga 4188 / Saga 2650 will need to make a perfect clone (from 1:50)
Most other boxes (Pandora Games 3D, 3D+, Saga EX2, DX, CX, EX etc) can use either method.
Making a perfect clone will not allow you to use the rest of the space on the MicroSD, unless you know how to tinker with resizing disk partitions.
With the Format / Copy method, we can upgrade a 32gb MicroSD to a 64gb- and use the whole amount of disk space available.

Thanks for the tips. I followed your method using Win32 Disk and it worked perfectly. Fortunately I had access to another machine and was able to create a backup file and reflash my corrupt card

Can this all be done on a Mac OS too? The backing up I mean. Also, if I get a back up SD card brand new from a major retailer store, I should not have to use the fake test that you did in the beginning of the video, correct? Thank you for your help. 😊

Just done the copy and paste method for a 64gb 8000games Saga EX2 and it took my Windows 10 laptop with an SSD drive 8 hours to copy the cheap Chinese SD card.
Luckily it copied all the data considerably quicker from my SSD drive to the new genuine 128gb SD card afterwards.

Hello can you help me please. I have a super console x with a 128 GB sd card. when I connect it to a PC, I only see 600 MB in size. I can't see all the folders or games on the memory card in my computer. can you please advise me how to display the full size of the memory card on the computer and then make a backup? Thanks

Hi there, I have one of these boards, just wondering I have a solid red light and a flashing red light when powered, is this normal or should they be green?

Why not put card into your pc, make a new folder on pc, then just turn just copy drive into the folder on pc. Win disk imger does not work on my windows 10.

Also tried a program, think its called file font and works, trying a standard card as test
