RAIN Practice for difficult emotions
Показать описание
This is a guided meditation working with difficult emotions using the RAIN practice. Already challenged by the coronavirus pandemic, the flare of pain and outrage after the murder of George Floyd, leave us with so many difficult emotions. RAIN (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture) is a practice introduced by teachers Michelle McDonald and modified by Tara Brach, which can help us work with pain, anger, fear, and so many difficult feelings. We can bring mindfulness to these feelings and offer some recognition and kindness to what is so hard. This nurtures us so we can face ourselves and the world with greater clarity, strength, and compassion.
