I LOVE the Industrial loft. The second bedroom is actually my favorite. I love cozy spaces, and I love the office nook room. I'd totally make it into a small library/reading nook.
I like some of the colors in the modern loft a little more, and the views are nicer from the modern loft.
But the best part of this video is Enes on the scooter.
