The timeline of the anime (television series) that continues in the manga Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection (which despite the name it has is canon with the anime timeline, not the movies timeline)

The timeline of the movies that continues in the current anime (Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture)

_It has also been announced that they will launch a new manga called Code Geass: Pure Almaria that will reveal more details about the current anime (Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture).
