Here is a manual how to export data from Leica TPS400 / TPS800 to AutoCAD at DXF-format.
The file consists of layers of different types of data:
1. Point, 2. Point ID, 3. East & North, 4. Height, 5. Code

Here is a link to download format file for Leica TPS400 /TPS800:

You can use the same manual to export files to AutoCAD DXF, but you must load another format file. Here is a link to download format file for Leica FlexLine:

Good luck!

Thank you for your video! I already tried dxf format, but I had a problem. My survey is composed of several points, measured form different station position. When I download the dxf, it seems that it loses the reference between points and the position of the instrument when they were measured. So, I have a little mess, like as all the points were measured from the same station position. It is as if it does not recognise the difference between points and station points.
How could I solve this? [if I download the job in gsi format and transform it with Leica software, I have no problem, so the job is good ;)]
