As PETER COVENTRY points out below, BOJO did not prorogue Parliament. It is our Sovereign Lady who prorogues HER Parliament, on the advice of HER Privy Council (of which, the PM is only one member). Does the 'learned' Scottish Judges not know that? I take it the unlearned Judges will now be removed from the Bench!
