What I noticed up to about 5 weeks ago is that we were getting a lot of Biden for President ads on tv. Then it ended. After the ads ended, I figured he was not going to run. The decision was made about 5 or 6 weeks ago. Another thing I noticed is that Newsom started ruffling his feathers again.
