Ok here's how your gonna get out: Climb up that little steep by walking on the right side of it, otherwise Arthur will fall. Once you reach the opening where you made that parkour jump, you can see these little steps to your right, the first step is approximately on the same height as Arthurs head. Just climb these steps and take a left turn after that. Then just navigate your way out of the cave.

P.S at 4:19 stop and go right (a small cave where someone has been sleeping) before you get to the part where he jumps. There's a jewelery bag there you can loot as well

Something weird is going on. At 1:05 the map I got there was tatty that shown a basement hatch with a combination and then when I went to the next location, I got a map with rocks piled up. Then I went to check the map that I got previously and it was gone. Then I loaded my game up again and went to the location again at the duration of 1:05 and the map I got there that time was the one with the rocks piled up. I wonder why I got a different map that time when the map I got from that free trunk was supposed to be the next map for me to collect. I wonder why that map with the combination vanished from my satchel and now it's not in the tree truck where it was before. I've noticed some of the treasure isn't in the game anymore. Something is so messed up with this treasure thing.

This is more tricky than I imagined at the end of the hunt. Especially at the part where you have to jump to the other ledge near the end of the cave. If you don’t make the jump, your character will fall into a pit of nothingness. Pretty scary if you ask me.
