This was our first time taking our son on a plane. We were super anxious about him crying during the flight and upsetting all the passengers.

He did such a good job! No need to be embarrassed when your baby cries. He's only communicating. I don't necessarily get annoyed by crying babies. I actually feel sympathy for the parents who are trying to calm them because I know they (the parents) are probably frustrated from trying to keep baby from disturbing others. I'm glad you didn't feel judged! ❤️❤️

I am that lady on a plane who adores babies, even if they cry.
I remember when I was seated with a Mama and her 2 babies on a packed flight. The connecting flight got cancelled and it was announced we would all be put up at a hotel. I could see the panic in that Mama’s eyes. I took that Mama and her babies under my wing. I helped her on the bus ride to the hotel. We went to dinner and I held her infant while his Mama and toddler sister ate a good meal. The next morning I helped her pack up and I helped her and her babies get back to the airport, get through security, back on the plane, and I stayed with her until her parents picked her and her babies up at the end of our rescheduled flight.
I was so lucky to be able to help a fellow Mama.
The entire experience was such a blessing.

My husband and I started flying with our littles as young as two months old and I don’t regret it at all!! They are currently 6 and 7 and the BEST travelers. Keep it going you two! You’re doing awesome!

It is so important for young adults to see it is possible to still do fun things and take your baby with you! Fun doesn’t end when you have kids! We’ve got a three year old and an 8 month old and we still do lots of things we love with them. Actually it makes it MORE fun watching our toddler start to love what we love and experience our favorite things for the first time. Thank you Matt and Abby for being such a solid example of a loving marriage and loving parents. I wish we lived in Arizona, we could be friends 🤣❤

Griffin did so well! I’m so proud of you guys! You did crazy well, you guys settled with a plane and really considered everything and anything. It’s not easy travelling with a baby, I’ve done it with my younger sister (she was 2, and it was only half the time, so 4 hours), so it was super crazy and hard. You guys worked together and made a perfect team! ❤

People are honestly super surprising. One time my whole family (including my 1 year old baby cousin) took a trip to Disney. The whole flight over he screamed and cried. Everyone including the passengers, flight attendants, and captains were so nice. Everyone asked if they could help and they even took him into the cockpit. People like this really make the world a better place. ☺️
