My sister and her husband are also hoarders he picks up things people leave things they throw away and bring them home

You think they can step in sooner! Hoarding is a mental illness! Just the same as my Mother who excessively cleaned! Had no friends and neither did my little brother because she could not stand the mess. In the end she became addicted to bromide which calmed the anxiety. But we both grew up damaged because of her!

I BLAME THE CITY FOR LETTING HER LIVE LIKE THAT FOR SO LONG. IT WAS UNFAIR TO THE RESIDENTS. THE OWNER CAN'T PAY THAT FINE, SO THEY MAY AS WELL CONDEMN THE PROPERTY. THE LADY ISN'T RESPONSIBLE TO BE A HOMEOWNER, OBVIOUSLY.

How could this have been allowed to go on for years? This woman should have been fined years ago. I would think they would have done that. She should have been removed from her home by adult protective services. Sad that tax paying neighbors had to endure for so long.
