I love your videos, overall, but having used up work, I can say that it takes quite a while to negotiate an agreement with a client, and also that the assumption that it will take 10ths for the project is not based on fact.

There are some flaws with this. If you are paid by the hr then you need to use the Upwork clock which is taking pictures of your screen at different times, which means you will only be paid for the time you are clocking. So you can make the 30 shorts in few hrs - is clear you cannot make them in only 3o min - but still is not as easy as it sounds

These shorts are such garbage they will take longer to edit than just create from scratch. Absolutely no one will watch them and they will make no money. Youtube doesn't monetize or promote vapid or repetitive content. Tons of market research is needed ahead of time and the resulting videos will not match your research.
