Για την εκτέλεση της δραστηριότητας αυτής οι μαθητές πρέπει να κάθονται σε κυκλική διάταξη.
Η συνοδεία αποτελείται από δυο ρυθμικά σχήματα τα οποία εναλλάσσονται.
