My partner and I went here for my birthday and I agree, 6pm is the perect timeslot. Originally we were booked in for 9:30, but I thought it would be too late as we were staying in Bari. At first I thought 6pm would be too early (the only availability, it books up fast), but it was worth it. Got to view the restaurant at day and night.

Yes, it was expensive, I only had a beer, which was €45, butthe whole experience was worth it, and the food was surprisingly filling. If you ever visit Puglia, try and visit the restaurant, or you likely will regret not going.

The dress code was actually quite relaxed, I actually felt overdressed in a blazer and chinos.

€400 converts to $418. We easily pay that much for nice dinners in CA. And, the reason it’s so expensive and time limited is because they don’t want cheap tourists hanging there all day and night. IMO they should double the price and shorten the time to 1.5 hours max.
