Interesting. I’ve seen more of these French(?) style guitars being played by professional musicians lately. I wonder why would that be? More portable? More comfortable? Is the 7th string in D?

Drew I also prefer the cushion rest over an attached support or a foot rest, do you have issues with your guitar sliding around when using it? That's the only drawback I found with mine.
