It seems like he dominates them brainwashed them but only into serving him it seems like they are still able to talk about serving Sauron and regular stuff but when they think too much they can break his will and that’s why betrayals happen and sometimes they can snap other orcs out of it which is probably why rebellions happen

There's another one where they're talking about when they were taking the fort you're in.

Orc 1: During the battle, I accidentally said "For the Dark Lord!" It was in the heat of the moment and old habit.

Orc 2: You glob, it's "Bright" Lord not "Dark" Lord.

Orcs are so cool when they're dominated and recruited into your army, I have this one dark assassin, Muzu throat slasher, I was off to go hunt down and recruit another captain into my army but had no intel, then Muzu captured a worm and delivered him to me. God I love that guy so much

I remember hearing a conversation between two enemy orcs while snooping around talking about hobbits. They said something along the lines of:
