i played this a few times over the last few FMs, its a cool mod and would reccomend it to anyone trying to play, however the main issue is that everyteam has crazy rep after a couple seasons and plays in a high rep league, and if you have youth rating standard, there ends up being a low amount of wonderkids for so many clubs so inflation goes crazy! I would reccomend getting a 200 youth rating database so there are more regens coming through and lower their average price.
