Let's get this straight. Vast majority of export cases have Wuhan travel history. Wuhan was locked 23 of January. Now in rest of China there are ten times as many cases as there were in Wuhan at that time. And WHO recommends against travel restrictions????
Travel restrictions need not be implemented for long, it will be clear in matter of days if the situation is improving or keeps getting progressively worse. And as there is basically no tourism in or out of China anymore and no business to do until the epidemic is solved it's not much of a loss anyway. Just do the sane thing and cut travel to absolute bare minimum until more information becomes available. A travel interruption is recoverable, this virus ripping through entire world much less so.
