The long term expiration date on almond milk is only when it isn’t opened!! When it’s opened, it goes bad in a way shorter amount of time.

The expiration date on products is only valid when not opened.
You can have a look into the right way to storage food. E.g. there are different tempreatures in the fridge and depending on where you store things in the fridge they will get bad more easy.
The door in the fridge has the highest temperature so you should only store things like butter, condaments etc. Then for the fridge itself the lowest temperature is on the bottom shelf and then going up in temperature with going up the fridge shelves. Things like milk, yoghurt, meat, fruit and veggies need the lowest temperature which is why you need to store it on the bottom shelves. Leftovers, other drinks etc you can store highwr up as they do not need a super low temperature. This way you can make sure your food will stay fresh longer 😊
