YNAB is the zero-based budgeting software that I used when I was a beginner to budgeting. It helped me to pay off $20k in credit card debt and save over $15k in a year.
I want to simplify it to better work for me and my financial goals. I am transitioning to working for myself full time, and my income will be more variable, so I want to change my budget to work better for budgeting with variable income.

I’ve changed my budget to one spending category as well! It’s the first month I’ve done this so I just made a “Do Ya Thang Playa” category to hold all the money and then when I spend on nails or something I move the money to my nail category. I want to do it that way just for a month or two to see what I’m really spending because also the graphs were a little off for me.

Awesome 👏🏻 video.. I recently made my budget simpler too!! You are braveeee for having all variables in one category though 😂 I am definitely too detailed to make that change 🤦🏼‍♀️ Hopefully this starts to work better for you though 👍🏻💕

First time watching your account and was too overwhelmed with all the quick clicking around. Sorry for the critique. Hope it is helpful to grow your channel. Please note, I’m a retired computer programmer, so I do know my way around a computer, that wasn’t the problem. It was not slowing down and explaining that threw me off. my budjet is way more simple! ..you ave e huge talent for that! my budjet is simple i still do it whit e book..plus e pen!..une accout for emergency 2 accout of sinking foud..plus one acoute were the investisemnt go..e minimum( every monthh.).plus thing i got to pay..the rest is for grocerie..plus haidresser ect..dog food..if i have lots over i put more in sinking foud! or invest more..
