Only problem with buying bulk rice is damn rice weevils. A 5 pound rice can more easily fit in a regular freezer for a few days to kill any potential eggs in the bag. A 16 lb bag? No way. Damn weevils…

Nah, first spread flat the larger bag is "maybe" only two times less than smaller packages BUT twice as thick. And having product go bad or get bugs is not "sustainable".
