NUTSHELL EXPLANATION:

Server:
1 - open SCCM (once installed)
2 - Create package from Definition
3 - find the folder with MSI's and Exe's you want to deploy & select it
3.5 - UNC Paths we get it.
4 - next, next next until the package is created
5 - BINGO package created!

6 - right click package --> deploy!
7 - attended / unattended
8 - select computers to deploy software to
9 - select the server
10 - pick available (gives user option to install) or required
11 - schedule to install
