Really appreciate you bringing EVE-NG to my attention. I have tried GNS3, Virtual Box and VMWare in different combos trying to get Mikrotik to work. This is the 1st time I was actually able to get something working the 1st time without having to trial and error a solution and spending all day doing it!. I even ventured outside the box and got Junos vSRX working as well. Will be looking forward to the remaining videos in the series.

I really appreciate your vids. I followed all your guide and eve ng documentation for adding CHR images in Eve ng. When I add new CHR nodes in my lab, nodes started well but i've a white space when I do telnet. Nothing after 10 minutes. May be CHR nodes don't boot.
I've the same problem with all linux images on vnc console.
I'm on macOS Monterey, VMware Fusion, EVE-NG Pro.
Any ideas??

Hello! Could you help me with a Cloud Hosted Router OS Mikrotik ?
I'm making a lab in EVE-NG, and in my version of mikrotik i can't tune the wireless interface.
It does not exist in the interface list and in PCI Resourses too.
VMDK image 6.49.6 Stable is installed in the lab.
Long term version 6.48.6 has the same problem.

just starting out with eve-ng going to be following along with your mikrotik videos. i did this and i can get the router to appear in the workspace but when i click srart it wont start up and goes back to the stop symbol.

Excellent video Johnny. EVE-NG seems like a super tool, but how about importing Mikrotik SwitchOS devices? Any suggestions?

One really important thing : U must to turn on VTx for your Vm-EVE-PC, instead qemu doesnt work (Mikrotik blue/grey when starting)

Hi sir, why when I shutdown my mikrotik router after a second when I turn on, it brings me many texts and don't even know how to stop them, it's like a loop message... Can you help me please

does anyone know why mikrotik interfaces change every time you boot the device using eve-ng ? interfaces increment 1234 --> 5678 --> 9 10 11 12 --> ..., I am trying with mikrotik v7 .
It does not hapen with version 6.49 .

But When I double click the mikrotik router, it transfer me to another HTML5 Engine and asks for username and password. what it could be issue or do I have to login using the username and the password

GNS3 is so much better in this regard, you just upload a system image from web ui and it's done. AND it gives you direct links to images where possible
