Jon Absey was the Utah Jazz Bear from 1993 through 2018. He was inducted into the Mascot Hall of Fame in 2006 and is regarded as one of the best ever in the professional mascot business. Not only did he entertain 19,000+ fans each night of the 41 home games each season, Jon made 250+ public appearances each year entertaining thousands of people throughout his legendary 25 year career. His involvement in Utah charities is still unparalleled today.
