I lost my wife of 22 years on november 2nd. I dont like Christmas music, usually. But this song went through my soul. How she was able to sing that song, with its amazing highs and beautiful ups and downs is nothing short of perfection. Ive never had a song bring tears to my eyes the way this one did-and i wish i could meet her in person to tell her how she touched me so deeply. There is talent- and then there are people that make talented people stand back in stunned silence and awe. That is Kelly Clarkson. Truly amazing, Kelly. Thank you for sharing your pain with such incredible melody and grace. You deserve to be loved and appreciated far more than i believe you have been.
