I just spent the last 3 days binging on this “series” in the evenings and this last one got me right in the feels. I knew he was leaving because of comments on the re-posted Facebook videos (that’s how I discovered it so thank y’all for reposting them!! And I guess I should thank Facebook’s algorithm).

Honestly this entire series has shown that Jamie is a really good boss

He's a chill and lax dude allowing his workers to have fun as they work, even entertaining ideas that are maybe really dumb but supports it anyways
