How to Attach an Email in Outlook for Mac

Attaching an email to another email is a helpful task to know when in Outlook for Mac. Referencing another email becomes a lot easier when it is sent as an attachment and you don’t have to scour through your inbox to find it.

How does this work on Outlook 2016 (via Office 365 subscription) for Mac?
I do not seemingly have the ability to move and/or resize my new email window. You video looks much more like the Windows version than the Mac version. I do realize I have an action where I can right click on an email and "Forward As Attachment, " but there are times I want to attach multiple emails (preferably drag and drop style) to one email I am sending much like I can do in Windows Outlook. Bottom line, my Outlook for Mac (latest updated version) looks different from yours.
