In a storm on the remotest part of Vancouver Island with rain shorting out our power supply, we happily turned on our super dependable generator. My husband admitted to carrying a spare generator (along with dozens of other 'spares') and said he (who NEVER admits to watching You Tubes) learned on LoLo to always carry back ups! I will vouch for you that Jackery is a great product. We travel with a smaller one, the Jackery 500. Love it. It will power my wife's C-PAP machine for 3 nights without a recharge when we are camping off grid. We have the 100W solar panel, and if we have a bit of sun, it will recharge it after 1 night of C-PAP in just a couple of hours. It becomes indispensable for us when we are off grid for a few nights. I also use it to power my air compressor when we are off grid, if any of the tires (truck, trailer or bikes) need a top up, and of course it will handle recharging phones and computers with ease. Grinds my coffee beans without problem. Ironically I purchased my 500 five or six years ago just on a whim, and it has become a part of our RVing gear that I will not leave home without. I will also add that it seems to perform identical today as the day we purchased it. Continued safe

Have used my Bluetti EB70S and pellet smoker while out boondocking with 5 other families. They were amazed that I could make smoked mac 'n cheese with andouille sausage and a bacon crumble top while being so far away from home. So far, its the best dish I've made while camping and I love seeing the mouth-watering faces of those I'm blessed to share time with. For a nice addition, try making Cowboy Beans to go along with your burgers and dogs. For reference to your Jackery, my Bluetti shows the Country Smokers pellet grill draws about 480w upon initial startup and about 45w continuous.

MS is also home of the famous, and loud, Cowbells. I'm glad to see you use Jackery products. I own several of them for camping and each one has a purpose such as powering a fridge, a freezer, recharging batteries for cameras and flashlites, watch and phone, heater, etc. They are portable for moving around the campsite, especially when charging via the solar panels in order to get the best sun. I have a small teardrop so these come in very handy. I also use them at home during power outages. I've not had a single problem with them and some are 4 years old. I like that pellet grill too.
